Roomy walkout basement apartment with a private entrance! This retreat like space with a garden view offers you room to unwind and relax. The lower level is yours to enjoy! We are conveniently located close to interstate access making Ames or Des Moines an easy jaunt. If you decide to stay in town, Ankeny also offers a variety of dining and shopping experiences. We do live upstairs so you might hear us some. However, we do our best to be as quiet as possible. We look forward to your visit!

Open floor plan ground level historic barn turned into an airbnb. Cabin style with modern comforts. Fast wifi, Iowa State 10 mins away, Iowa rural but close to ames. Sleep in a trailer, sleep in a boat! Super chill atmosphere on 3 acres with porch to enjoy. Hotel accommodations like air conditioning, heat, clean sheets, towels and coffee/tea but camping style. My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 4. I have high-speed cable internet/TV with standard and slingTV cable channels.

My place is about two blocks from High trestle bike trail access. Centrally located between Ames and Des Moines . Our place has one or two private rooms on the upper level,good for couples.Entire upper level is yours to use along with small kitchen ,full bath - (a small nook for kids or 1 adult)We also have garage space for bikes!
