My house is a lovely totally remodeled open floor plan two story built in 1890 located near downtown with easy access to stores, bars, restaurants and theater. I kept the old charm but brought in all the modern conveniences. It has a huge kitchen, nice dining room and living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and each is an ensuite with a Juliet balcony. There is a nice enclosed front porch, and back porch and 3 patios. Enjoy the gas grill and patios in our nice cool evenings.

Our home at the heart of Alliance is 21 steps up from Main Street. View of brick paved Main. Hop, skip and jump to theatre, post office and Newberry's Common Ground! Completely renovated with interior brick exposed, hard wood floors and marble bathroom. Please note Our Air conditioning unit is above the closet in the bedroom. If you use a/c at night it has disrupted sleeping for past guests, when it drains. Our evenings are cool here so you can open windows and turn off unit.

The Go West Guesthouse is a large well equipped house. RATES ARE BASED ON NUMBER OF GUESTS/BEDROOMS. Conveniently located across the street from an open green space and playground, within walking distance of downtown (about 10 blocks) where you can enjoy a night at the movies or coffee at Newberry's Common Ground. Fenced back yard and 2 car garage are added perks. Please note that we are required to collect 6% occupancy tax in addition to the sales tax collected by Airbnb.
