Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.
