The Annex is a completely self contained open plan 2 double bedroomed groundfloor apartment with patio area and off road parking. The entrance has a small 7inch step - once inside bedrooms bathroom kitchen dining and lounge areas are on one level. Access to the patio via patio doors - 3 small steps, each 5inches in height and another smaller step leads to the main garden. Situated within easy access to the M5 motorway and close to local bus routes ideal for exploring pretty Cotswold villages.

The barn has a spacious and social open plan living area with one double and one twin bedroom. Bi-fold doors open onto a private patio with a professionally landscaped garden and lawn area. Snug space ideal for relaxing getaways. Set in area of outstanding natural beauty. Perfect for couples keen to explore the Cotswolds with direct access to the Cotswold way. It's a quirky small space.
