Situated within the grounds of a late 16th century former dairy farm. With a 10 minute drive to Stratford-upon-Avon town centre, 15 minutes to Warwick town centre and approximately 25 minutes to Royal Leamington Spa. We are located behind security gates with parking for 2 vehicles. It is a small but beautiful space with traditional open beams and exposed brickwork. Complete with modern appliances; fully equipped kitchen, luxurious mattress, a sofa bed, soft furnishings and ample lighting.

This house is homely, and functional. It has parking for 2 cars on the drive outside, and a private garden space. The house is within a short walk of Warwick town centre, including Warwick Castle. Warwick train station is a 5 minute walk with direct, fast trains to London and Birmingham. Warwick is an ideal base if you want to visit Birmingham, and Stratford, the home of William Shakespere. The annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed, mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with smart TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival.

This studio annexe is on the edge of Claverdon within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Henley In Arden. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.
