Minot Family Home in the Center of Town

This is an entire house, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is perfectly set up for both short and long-term stays. It is located in the middle of town, right across from the Roosevelt Park Zoo! Enjoy breakfast with a view of the tiger exhibit each morning. Located 9 minutes from Trinity Hospital and 20 minutes from the Minot AFB, it is ideal for travel nurses or airforce families waiting for housing. The house has street parking, a washer and dryer, and brand new appliances- fridge, stove, and dishwasher

Oak Creek Granary

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located remodeled home on a quiet street in beautiful Bottineau, ND. Originally a 1900’s Granary, it was moved to its current location in the early 1940’s & additions were added for the kitchen, bathroom and a 2nd bedroom. The home has all hard surface flooring for easy clean up and is uniquely decorated in a rustic farmhouse theme. We even left exposed some treasures like the brick chimney and aged wood siding found during the recent remodel.

Cute cabin on a beautiful, private and quiet dead end street. . Everything you need. A stackable washer and dryer. Peaceful surroundings. About a 25 minute drive to Minot where there are great places to eat and shop. 5 miles to the Lake Darling Nature Preserve. A half hour drive from the Des Lacs National Wildlife Refuge Scenic Backway and the Goosefest in Kenmare. More than 250 species of birds, such as raptors and waterfowl. So much natural beauty.

House is located 2 miles north of Lake Audubon, 12 miles east of Garrison, 6 miles from Totten Trail, and 3 miles from boat launches.
