Our Little House is located in back of the main house with 1 double futon bed on the 1st floor and 2 single beds in the loft, private bathroom and shower. There is one flight of stairs to the Tiny House and one flight of stairs up to the loft. Our Tiny House is located 2 miles from downtown Columbia and 2 1/2 miles to the University. Check-in details are under House Manual.
This is primary residence of host, offering the walkout level of the dwelling for guest use: spacious, comfortably appointed, 2 bedrooms, full & half baths- just for guests; full service kitchen & entertainment ctr; easily accommodates up to six adults. Separate entry from patio via walkway from driveway. A fee is charged for each additional non-infant guest. Both queen beds have comfy firm mattresses. Sleeping rooms are equipped with fans, space heaters and other amenities for guest comfort.
