‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for two to four people. The Old Dairy is a charming and cosy detached, self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home and sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. It is perfectly located for exploring the Midlands and beyond with good road links. Ideal for couples or singles. Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk.

Beautifully renovated apartment

A newly refurbished self contained apartment in a quiet residential area. It has a brand new kitchen and shower-room downstairs and a spacious bedroom and living area upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can be self sufficient during your stay. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and cereals are provided. We are 10 mins drive from the town centre and train station, 15 mins from the M1 and have easy access to A14 and A5. We are also approx. 30 mins from both Silverstone and Milton Keynes.

The Barn is a self contained stone cottage, annexed to our home in the heart of the beautiful village of Moulton, Northamptonshire, (Winner of the Northamptonshire village of the year award 2018). The Barn, which dates back to 1800's, is a cottage bursting with charm and is situated in a conservation area, directly opposite St Peter & St Paul's church. Moulton is a quiet village with a number of pubs and restaurants. There is a supermarket, a post office and petrol station all nearby.

Rural annexe in Kislingbury

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. It is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the picture show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

Beautifully restored stone barn in lovely village

Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.
