Orchard cottage. A rural delight close to the sea

Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

“On The Beach” has the best views in Shaldon

The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

Devon Flat with a Sea View

Lovely flat in Teignmouth with an amazing sea view that is within minutes from the beach. It comfortably sleeps four. (Double bedroom, double sofa bed in main room, also trundle bed/travel cot available for children) In close proximity to a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and the train station. All are within a short walking distance so there is plenty to do. However, in the case of a rainy day there is Wi-Fi, a Ps4, a Wii and plenty of board games to help to keep you occupied.

Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. My seaside flat is fabulously located in the centre of the buzzing seaside town of Exmouth just five minutes from the railway station, wide sandy beach and wonderful Exe Estuary Trail cycle trail / path. The Marina and Kite Surfing Centre are just a short walk away. The flat has its own parking space. Accommodation is on the third floor with access via stairs.
