You'll meet me at a quaint local kayak launch on Turkey Creek where I'll go over the basics of paddling. I provide the VIBE Kayaks and amenities and will escort you through a local natural habitat where you're sure to see a variety of marine life including turtles, fish, alligators and quite frequently manatees. This paddle is like a walk in the park from start to finish and is primarily shaded. You won't be paddling against currents or in open water against the wind, you'll be paddling through a gently winding creek with overhanging mossy oaks, sandbars and past surprisingly elevated sandy bluffs.
I'm co-owner of Wander Out, LLC and a local resident for over 30 years. I've explored and paddled our local natural habitats and waterways since I was a child. My goal is to provide you with an experience unique to our area. You'll be transported from the hustle and bustle of roads and cities to a disguised local destination. We provide high-end, top quality kayaks with comfortable seats and amenities.
I'll provide a cooler with ice cold water and a place to store your snack or packed lunch.
Each guest will be provided with a Wander Out, LLC kayak, paddle, life jacket, whistle and waterproof phone storage…
Turkey Creek is a part of the Brevard County Environmentally Endangered Lands (EEL) program and the East Florida section of the Great Florida Birding Trail. We'll be paddling through Turkey Creek Sanctuary and back, through acres of wonder, biodiversity and natural resources.
最多3人參加，年齡須滿12歲。 Guests should know how to swim and will be provided a Coast Guard Certified PFC ( personal floatation device).
There are no restrooms. Please visit the nearest store, library or park prior to meeting me. While it's very unlikely that you'll get more than your feet wet, I do recommend you keep a dry towel and change of clothes in your car just in case.
