Step off the beaten track to a tranquil oasis in the heart of Hudson. Make time for yourself and enjoy the grounding experience of a one hour private in-house one on one (or small group) yoga class. Vinyasa sequences can be investigated with or without chair for all levels to enjoy as we explore the inquiry of yoga. The custom tailored class will include seated and standing: Centering meditation, breath awareness, backbends, inversion variations, and final relaxation aid in seeking balance in our ever evolving practice tailored to fit the time of day, season of the year, and season of our lives.
After a decade of establishing a yoga practice, a bicycle injury lead me to discover a chair yoga class that helped me to recover and develop an interest in this yoga style. Now, several years later as a certified teacher, I have created a class aimed at enhancing alignment, balance, and inner/outer body awareness. Before the start of our class, we can discuss your level of ability and I will adjust the class accordingly. I will pass on these skills in a safe and welcoming environment.

I will give you exclusive access to my subterranean home studio equipped with all of the yoga props necessary for the class. In a tranquil neighborhood, just off of Hudson's main commercial street and conveinently located 3 blocks from the train station.

It is best to avoid eating directly prior to attending class as not to be uncomfortably full. Guests should be mindful of their strengths and weakness regarding physical activity. The location has stairs which are not wheel chair accessible.
