活動內容

9.00am registration - the day will begin with refreshments and introductions. 9.30am Menu Planning & Grocery Shopping – a short whistle stop tour on how to plan your weekly balanced meals to avoid resorting to take aways and junk. Quick and easy solutions to avoid the weekly headache of deciding what to eat at the end of a busy day. We will be looking where, when and how to shop, with top tips to ensure you buy the best possible ingredients always at the best value. 10.30am Comfort Break - Refreshments provided 10.45am Practical Cookery - hands on learning of top kitchen tips on food preparation, equipment use and creating 3 delicious nutritionally balanced finished dishes. 12.15 Lunch - we will sit together to enjoy the lunch we have created with a glass of wine. Includes a stroll around Barley Wood grounds and orchard where you are welcome to pick a bag of apples to take home. 1.30pm Q & A session on your own health challenges and lots of special offers and a chance to purchase recommended products. 2pm. I am the founder of Food 4 The Journey. I am qualifed as both a chef and a nutritional therapist. I am member of the Institute of Hospitality. My passion is to help you create delicious food that does you good and to teach you how to incorporate specifically, vegetables herbs and spices into your meals. Menu planning is often a real challenge and you will go home knowing how to plan a week's menu that you want to eat. You will also learn to ensure your diet is nutritionally balanced and you are obtaining as many of your nutrients from your food as possible. Nutrition hints and tips during the class.. Massive 30% off hair mineral testing for all attendees. My co host is my daughter Stephanie and she will be available to help you with enquiries.

The workshop is in our beautiful tranquil acres of orchard and grounds where you can find a tranquil and peaceful place to enjoy breaks. The cookery will take place in the quaint cottage kitchen. The walk will be to a local organic kitchen garden with Michelin starred restaurant

The class is very small - just 4 people in total which means I can give you close attention. You can bring a notebook if you like but handouts of the recipes will be given in a pack at the end of the class. There is plenty of parking and is in a rural quiet location.
