10 am Menu Planning Your Week Ideas for success in planning your weekly meals to avoid resorting to take aways and junk. Quick and easy solutions to avoid the weekly headache of deciding what to eat at the end of a busy day.
10.30 am Comfort Break - Refreshments provided
10.45am Practical Cookery - hands on learning to create 3 delicious nutritionally balanced vegetarian finished dishes.
12.15 Lunch - we will sit together to enjoy the lunch we have created with a glass of wine. Time at the time to enjoy a Q & A session on your own health challenges.
1.15pm Finish

體驗地點

The workshop is in our beautiful tranquil acres of orchard and grounds where you can find a tranquil and peaceful place to enjoy breaks. The cookery will take place in the Hayloft cottage kitchen.

The class is very small - just 6 people in total which means I can give you close attention. You can bring a notebook if you like but handouts of the recipes will be given in a pack at the end of the class. There is plenty of parking and is in a rural quiet location.

自備物品

Please bring a couple of containers to take food home and closed toe shoes. Bring money if you'd like to do some shopping at the end of the day.
