I am the founder of A Soulful Self LLC, an online platform providing yogic tools to support an enhanced relationship with Self. As a daily yoga practitioner for the past 5+ years, and a teacher for 3+ years, I am highly qualified, and experienced, in sharing my knowledge with others. Studying Yoga Philosophy in Nepal, and earning my Masters degree in Teaching, assist in making my classes a highly-effective and beneficial time, that is well spent. Practicing yoga in some of the most visually inspirational settings is a unique addition to my offering. Synching our mental and physical bodies with the natural surroundings is just one of the techniques I utilize to deepen your relationship with Self and your surroundings.
We will meet at Hana Bay and set our spot in either the grass or in the soft sand (or under the pavilion if it's raining). We will salute the rising morning sun and synch up our breath to the natural cycle of our surroundings. A truly magical way to start the day.
