**please note Airbnb only allows up to 10 guests to book, but we often have space for more, so please message me if we're fully booked and we should be able to arrange something** I've been organising these group tours every weekend in Shibuya for almost a year now. You will get the chance to meet and mingle with a variety of locals and travellers, and normally we have around 20 people joining. I'm really proud of the inclusivity of the event, absolutely everybody is welcome. I've had guests join from all over the world, from their early 20's all the way up to 70 years old, and I try to make it an amazing experience for every one. The night begins in the first bar at 7pm. There are 4 bars we will visit in total, spending around an hour in each, before we reach the club at 11pm. At every bar we will receive an exclusive discount on drinks, plus a free shot (so 4 free shots in total). We will also get free entry and a free welcome drink in the club, where we can stay and party until 5am.
Hi everyone, I'm David! I've been working in bars, pubs and clubs in the UK, France and Japan for the last 10 years, and also started a bar crawl a few years ago in Brighton, UK, with a friend of mine. Now I'm back in Japan, and I want to show everyone the fun, weird and incredible things that make Japanese bars my favourite in the world. Also running the bar crawl is Reina, who is a Tokyo native with 8 years experience in the hospitality industry. She has also lived in the UK, and travelled all around Europe and Asia. She has a real passion for Japanese food and drinks, and loves sharing her knowledge with travellers, and introducing them to a new aspect of Japanese culture.
A free shot in every bar, plus 1 free drink in the club
Free entry to one of Shibuya's biggest and best clubs
I'll be carrying around a big DSLR camera, snapping pictures and capturing all the best bits, new friends and funky dance…
There are a variety of bars we visit, and each one offers a unique experience. There is a rock'n'roll bar, a funk'n'soul bar, a bar with a fully equipped gym and MMA style cage and an underground DJ bar. Some of the places will also offer food, and their own specialty drinks. They're all special in their own way, and I've chosen them to offer a unique, authentic and inclusive glimpse of Shibuya's night life.
You will definitely need photo ID (drivers license, passport, residence card) The club has a dress code, no flip-flops or open toed shoes, no shorts or tracksuits. We cannot accept any responsibility if they refuse you entry based on your attire. Here in Japan, cash is king.
