Begin your adventure with the cultural highlights of Dunedin City, with a visit to: Dunedin railway station - the largest "gingerbread house" you'll ever see Baldwin Street - the steepest street in the world University of Otago - the oldest university in New Zealand The Octagon - the heart of the city First Church of Otago - prominent presbyterian church Then we'll leave the city behind and explore the breathtaking landscape and wildlife of the Otago peninsula, with a visit to: Sandfly Bay - with towering sand dunes and wildlife encounters with seals, sea lions, and yellow-eyed penguins Larnach Castle - the only castle in New Zealand, world-famous gardens Tunnel Beach - with sandstone arch, fossil-filled caves, a secret beach and wildlife encounters with seals and sea lions We'll conclude our adventure back in Dunedin at your preferred drop-off location. You'll ride around in a luxury car in a group of maximum 6 guests. Be prepared for a bit of hike to Sandfly Bay and Tunnel Beach, which required a moderate level of exercise...rest assured the panorama and the wildlife you'll experience will be well worth it!! There's also time for lunch and a bit of a rest at the cafe in Larnach castle.

Then escape the city and immerse yourself in the wildlife and natural landscape of the Otago Peninsula, home to fur-seals, sea-lions, and the yellow-eyed penguin. We'll trek to Sandfly Bay and Tunnel Beach, with a break for lunch at the cafe in Larnach Castle.
You can walk as little or as much as you like. A moderate level of fitness is recommended to trek down to Sandfly Bay and Tunnel Beach as the 1-hour return journeys can be steep. You can also view these locations from a lookout, however, you may only see the seals and sea-lions in the distance.
