(More often than not we can start the adventure on the day of your choosing if there are no other scheduling conflicts! Just message and ask.) Guests will be picked up at the Airport by Host Akram and brought to our accommodation in Nasr City, Cairo. Chef Akram will be cooking amazing dishes for the entire trip. First day We will catch a bus (First Class) (if preferred a private microbus can be hired for $100 extra) from Cairo to our beach side accommodation in Sharm El-Sheikh! Once settled we will then explore the area, then have a wonderful dinner! Second day We will take a boat ride to Ras Mohammed National Reserve for a day of Snorkeling or diving! Then in the evening Chef Akram will make us a top class dinner! On day 3 We will spend the day on the boardwalk of Naama Bay, enjoying the beach and enjoying the shops. Then we will head to dinner and exploration in old town Sharm! We will spend our last day relaxing in the morning however we choose. We catch the First Class Bus at 2 pm back to our apartment in Cairo!
Chef Akram Ziada is of Venezuelan and Egyptian decent and he is 33 years old. Raised in Washington state and attended the Art Institute of Seattle, Culinary Program in Seattle, WA. and the hospitality management program at Highline in Des Moines, WA. He also is a certified outdoor Adventure guide with specialties in multi day river tours and backpacking expeditions, he is certified wilderness first responder, first aid and cpr, and swiftwater rescue. He has worked around the world in other places than just Washington state and Egypt, and has traveled and cooked in many areas of the Middle East, all the way to South America and even Australia. With over 16 years experience as a Chef and 9 years of adventure guiding experience, He has the ability and knowledge to take you on a true culinary adventure and unforgettable journey!
