We'll begin by learning about North Indian cuisine, spices, and our menu for the day with a glass of beverage ( Masala Chai Tea, or Shartbat, or glass of wine) . followed by a hands-on and fun experience making: - Paratha / Roti (whole-wheat Indian bread - we'll make the dough too!) - Kebab (organic lean turkey or chicken or lamb ) - Raitha (Yogurt side dish) - Chicken Curry ( more traditional) or Butter chicken Or a vegetable if you would like We will add a pre-prepared curry or vegetable & Basmati rice to our dinner and together we will enjoy a delicious, healthy, and wholesome Indian meal! Hi I am Ash originally from India I'm an experienced Indian home chef and have been teaching cooking classes for many years to friends and family. During my class, I'll walk you through the culture and history of Indian cooking and we'll enjoy the meal we created together. It's a hands-on immersive experience, and always a lot of fun! This class will be co- hosted with my God mother who comes with knowledge of Indian cooking with flavor of Africa India and North India cuisines with a variety of choices. Sheetal is my Co-host and also on Airbnb, She comes with a wide range of experience with Hospitality ( hosting international students ), on board as president, director for many non profit organization. she is very warm person who loves to make her guest very comfortable. Her knowledge of food from Africa India is a gift.
