Academically I am a biologist, in life I am a writer, foodie, wine maker, with over 5 years experience in wine production.
My Uncle who will be teaching you how to make wine, academically is an oenologist with over 20 years wine making experience, and over 100,000+ litres of wine making under his belt. My Mother who will be cooking has over 50 years experience in Portuguese cuisine will be cooking dishes hand picked by me.
My family has been involved in wine & olive oil production since my Great Grand Parents generation so this type of agriculture is in my blood. We own several hectares of land in Vila Nova de Foz Coa, located in the heart of the "Douro" Region and we have a small custom production of wine and olive oil.
