Published as weekly, monthly, seasonally magazines, web app, paperback. Almost all Japanese anime have original manga. Traditional manga are drawn by black ink and gray screen tone on the paper. Lately, artists (author) use some digital tools. In my class, let's try traditional way to draw!
Hi there! I'm Yu, working as a MANGA artist after I graduate Tokyo University of the Arts. I used to be making serial comic on web app for 3 years as a contract artist, and was teaching drawing to high school students for 6 years in parallel. Now I make short comics requested by Japanese companies. I really love travelling! After came back to Japan, I publish my travel journal as comic form by my self as much as I can. I'd say local experiences are most important during travelling. Since I wondered is there anything unique I can offer to the traveler in Tokyo, I started this Airbnb experience. I'll share not only tips and knowledge of drawing Japanese manga, but also where to get drawing tools in Tokyo if you wish. Let's have fun with drawing! my instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yutsubu/
