We cook a fiherman's soup together over open fire with a traditional hungarian folk pot called bogrács. The traditional Danubian fisherman's soup in Hungary holds a traditional secret that can only be found at a local's kitchen. (In restaurants you can only find an other commercial version) I know how to create this authentic local dish and I want to show you the unique method to create this soup! To stick to the original recipe is essential to have an open-air fire, high-quality fishes, and Hungarian red pepper. Luckily, I'll provide all of these items & ingredients, all you gotta do is follow my lead. We will make it together. So, you will be able to try how to clean the fishes, how to cut fishes, how to make pasta, how to make open-air fire in the garden and how to use the hungarian folk pot (bogrács).
