If you want to see the touristy spots but also some untouristy spots then this is for YOU! No day is the same, so why stick to a pre-determined itinerary?! Let the day's adventure change based on real time sightings and the day's conditions - getting us closer to nature and away from crowds. We'll start the day with a delicious coffee and croissant (not included but well priced) before heading along the remarkable Chapman's Peak Drive toward Cape Point National Park. An icon of maritime history, we’ll walk up to the Cape Point Lighthouse taking in the panoramic views while learning about the historical significance of the Peninsula. Take a breather from the rigours of travel with the best tea and rusks in all of Cape Town, on a secluded (and sheltered!) beach, far from the crowds. Bring a swim suit if you dare - we may take a dip in a secluded rock pool as we explore the treasury of life along the coastline. From rock pools to boulders, we’ll make a stop by the curious Penguins of Boulders Beach. Time for lunch at a hidden local spot that leaves you happy, light & very full (well priced). Your journey will end where it began - a skip and a jump from wine estates, beaches, and the Cape Town city centre - avoiding traffic wherever you go.
I am privileged to do what I was born to do - after completing my master’s in marine biology, I went on to establish ongoing shark research programs in South Africa and Mozambique. I now support my passions through enlightened tourism. I work with blue chip production on some of the better known underwater stories - ask me which ones! As a qualified divemaster and skipper I've spent countless hours engaged in southern Africa’s two oceans. I'm qualified in first aid, am a registered tourist guide and have worked in the tourism industry for 10 years. From tours & travel, manatees to manta rays, I love sharing my world with friends old & new. P.S. My favourite shark is a tiger shark, whats yours? :D

The Rockhopper Fund believes in the power of Civil Society. We believe that small groups of passionate locals can achieve more than a bloated organisation or government. Your booking enables researchers like Justin to put acoustic and satellite tags in sharks & big fish - providing the facts and resources required to solve marine and coastal conservation challenges since 2009.

Cape Town’s coasts are ripe for exploration. Paying close attention to local conditions and unique opportunities, we will wander off the path to visit secret spots along the way. We’ll take in the classic 'must-see' panoramas while capturing the essence of the famous Cape of Good Hope. All of this, from scenery to starfish, is enhanced by the extensive knowledge of Justin.
最多8人參加，年齡須滿6歲。 The trip will be catered to your fitness and desired level of activity, but casual walking will be required. If walking is not for you, then you’re welcome to relax and take in the beauty of the Cape from the vehicle.
This experience is land-based but bring a swim suit if you'd like to take a dip (if conditions allow)! We love families w/ kids and solo travellers - Message me! If the experience is full or unavailable contact me anyway, we can try make it work :)
