Born and raised in New York; I have been an outdoor enthusiast my entire life. I was fortunate to have parents who encouraged me to spend time outdoors. We spent a lot of time hiking and camping throughout the region. After graduating college, I began hiking again with a few friends and rekindled my love for the outdoors. Recently, I have come to the realization that jobs in an office or corporate environments aren't suited for me. By leaving those jobs behind I started my path towards a career I am much more passionate about. I am a New York State Licensed Guide (Badge #8565) for Hiking and Camping. I also hold a current Wilderness First Response certification from the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). I have guided many friends on trips over the years and also Coach youth part-time at an indoor climbing facility.
