NOTE: If you don't see a date on the calendar that suits your travel plans or you have a special request, send me a note, and I'll tried to accommodate you. YOGA UNDER THE EIFFEL TOWER available from April 15 to October 15. (AirBnB Experience YOGA & CHOCOLATE! in Paris at a beautiful studio in the 6th arrondissement available on Wednesday afternoons and throughout the week October 16-April 14.) Start your day with a one-hour yoga session designed to strengthen your body and focus your mind while enjoying the beauty of Paris. It's a perfect way to zap jet lag, warm up for a day of visiting the city, and enjoy a healthy moment of calm. We'll finish with a peak pose that's perfect for a selfie with the Eiffel Tower as the backdrop. Modifications and gentle adjustments ensure ALL levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing that won't slide over your head in forward bends and dress in layers, so you keep cool when we're flowing hard but also stay warm when we cool down. You also might want to bring water to keep hydrated.
