Yoga will be in La Turia Gardens, the beautiful park running through Valencia. The class will be one hour long and suitable for beginners to experienced yogis, as I will teach at Basic Hatha yoga with 'Kramas' or steps to modify the practice to your desired level. Beginning with a mindfulness exercise, flowing into a vinyasa practice. We will have fun! It is called Yoga 'practice' not Yoga 'perfect' for a reason! We will practice and have fun with the poses. Ending the practice with relaxation and grounding exercise.
I am a psychologist & life coach. I practiced Yoga my entire life & decided to become a Yoga Instructor to deepen my practice. In doing so, I learned about the ancient teachings of yoga & how they connect with years of medical research and therapy today. I fell in love with the teachings of Yoga & I want to share them with you. I also fell in love with Valencia & want to share tips, tricks, and ideas about traveling, adventuring, & eating around the city. Yoga allows us to pause & connect with the moment. This is important while traveling, because we want to pause & connect to soak up every moment. Yoga creates the pause, a moment to break, relax, & deepens the travel experience.
We will practice yoga in a tranquil spot tucked in the La Turia Gardens. The Bosquecito Baobab trees provide a quiet, shaded, and peaceful place within the vast park. Shown in the photographs, this spot is unique & picturesque! Perfect times to practice Yoga are at 10:00 & 18:00. Everyday is beautiful in Valencia and the weather is mild, making it a wonderful place to practice yoga outside.
