When you arrive at our restaurant in the heart of the Latin culinary capital of Queens, you will be greeted with a tasting of Peru's national cocktail; the famous Pisco Sour! Then our executive chef "Panchita" will instruct you in the art of ceviche making. The cooking class is approximately 45 minutes long. You will of course enjoy every single bite of your creation! Then comes the salsa. Get ready for a 45 minute "Salsa on 1" class tailored to any and all skill levels, led by an award winning instructor. After you are done with both classes you can feel free to join us at the bar or a table for some more delicious Peruvian food.

Both classes (cooking and dancing) will take place inside our newest Riko Peruvian Cuisine location in Jackson Heights, Queens.
If you have any food allergies we can tailor your ceviche to your preference. For example, if you have shellfish allergy then you can make (and eat) a fish-only ceviche. Our Salsa class is very friendly and laid-back, and will also be tailored to any and all skill level, so don't be shy!
