During this class you will have the chance to get involved in the preparation of paella, gazpacho y sangria. Classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills. Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips!

My name is Víctor and I am a professional chef. I have been trained in Sevilla and have worked all around Spain in Michelin Star restaurants. I have done TV cooking programs and have taken part in many culinary events. Cooking and teaching really fascinate me and I am passionate about Paella, Spain’s most international dish. I love to teach people how to cook paella properly, so I would love to host you and cook it together.
