Together with Ines and her friends, we will host the experience. « Hello, my name is Ines and I’d like to define myself as a chef WITH commitments. With an Agronomic Engineering background, I’ve been always passionate about plants - how to farm them, how to protect them… After a dozen years working in food safety, I decided to learn cooking, focusing exclusively on the plants. Eventually I became a trainer of a “Making the Kitchen a Pharmacy” course and started to share my passion with others, especially when Zero Waste and Sustainability are involved. Can’t wait to tell you more about that!"
