The class will begin with us getting to know eachother over some herbal teas from my garden. To start the journey i will talk about superfoods & sugar alternatives & how to use them in day to day cooking. Then everybody will roll up their sleeves & start cooking with my guidence & help. All recipes will be provided. There will be 3 different flavours of superfood balls made,peanut butter fudge & vegan chocolates. The class & recipes can be adapted & tailored to peoples specific dietary requirements,needs & tastes. There will be alot of tasting the treats made & more for everybody to take home. Fun,informative & hands on. The class will be held in my cosy, colourful home surrounded by herbs & plants. No baking is required so its easy for everyone & a fun experience to share with a friend or relative. Great for parents & teens to learn healthy cooking together. A fun & unique gift idea/experience also.
I have always been passionate about healthy cooking & eating. A vegetarian most of my life. Experimenting in the kitchen with sugar alternatives i have developed a range of delicious yet nutritious desserts & treats. All are vegan & free from refined sugar,gluten & dairy. This led to people ordering my treats for home & special occassions and supplying several local cafes. I was asked to teach a class at a community centre which turned into many more & also hosting classes in my home. Its great to be able to pass on my recipes & knowledge & help people improve their diets & health through healthy cooking & using sugar alternatives. I also teach other classes ie Superfood Healthy Breakfasts,Healthy Dips & Nibbles,Vegie Burgers & Fritters,Xmas Treats & have ideas for more ie Infusions(water,teas.alcohol)

Class will be held in my cosy,colourful home. No other locations will be visited. Guests will be sitting at a round table cooking together looking out at my lovely garden.
