Padua is known throughout Italy for its magical Street Art ; in its most suggestive and hidden places, we can find artworks by Tony Gallo, Alessio B and the "italian Bansky", Kenny Random. We will take a walk in the hearth of Padua, following the Street italian artist' footprints and sipping the "Spritz", the italian aperitivo. In this way, I hope that my guests will appreciate quietly Padua, in its non tourist aspects.
I was born and raised in Padua where I got a bacheler's degree in Modern Literature. I am currently studying for my master's degree in Modern Philology at the University of Padua. I'm passionate about Art. This passion has always pushed me to travel in different cities to find and admire Art in its different forms. I'm especially interested in one of the most particular form of Art: the Street Art. I consider myself very lucky to know in depth Padua, a magical city adorned by Kenny Random’s artworks.
We will start our tour from the biggest square of Padua, "Prato della Valle". We will continue towards "Via Roma" and then we will move into the heart of the city and its small characteristic streets. After that, we will finish our tour near "Piazza dei Signori". During our tour we will stop to admire 15 Street art atworks and I will give some information and curiosity about them. Active participation and discussion is very welcome.
