In this 2-hour hands-on course, we will bake the king of bread "takeaway." This decaden dessert sweet bread with crispy fillings is absolutely delicious. If you have never had it before, you will have a real enjoyment. We will make a chocolate and vanilla version of this classic pastry in a family-style professional kitchen, which is where most of my baking is.
We will meet at my home and travel to the local market to get the ingredients we need. Then we will enter the chef's private kitchen in a warm and inviting atmosphere. When we taste, we will go to the garden to enjoy the food and talk.
