Upon arrival you'll be given a quick tour of the farm and then we'll head over to the goats. There we will be hanging with the goats, playing, learning to milk a goat, housing, pasture rotation. We do need guests to be aware that we have two haflinger rescues that roam the farm and go wherever they please. Please don't ever stand behind a horse. All of our animals are very nice and they love attention but accidents can happen.
We're a small rustic 15 acre family farm that is tucked away in the woods of the lowcountry. Our farm is casual and completely off grid with the goal being as close to 100% self sustained as possible.
This is a working farm. There are animals everywhere and while we try our hardest to keep everything spotless there will be some manure and we usually have multiple building projects going on. Also if it has just finished raining bring boots or shoes you don't mind getting dirty.
Have fun playing with goats
