Hi, my name is Marija. I’m the owner of a small hostel in Zagreb city center – Zagreb Speeka Hostel. When I decided to open a hostel, the idea was to provide the guests with different types of experiences. I wanted to capture the spirit of old Zagreb and how the locals used to live. So, the interior of the hostel is a collage of traditional and modern elements. But I didn’t want to stop there. I want to offer my guests, and not only hostel customer, but whoever is interested, unique experiences of how local Croatians live. Thus, the idea was born – show people how one of the traditional pastries are made.
The class will be in the kitchen of Zagreb Speeeka Hostel in Hebrangova 9. The hostel is 5 min walk from the Main Square.
