A warm and friendly welcome and get to know each other! Then we start by making the strater, main course and dessert. During the cooking process we will make three Courses meals from mostly local and natural ingredients. The aim is that everyone participates in cooking and baking process so be prepared for making some finnish tradtional meals which you have not experienced before. For the starter and main course Karelian Pies, Finnish Pies, Salmon/Lamb/Chicken Soup and Meatballs. For dessert, Blueberry Pie, Oven backed Pancake, Apple Pie, Cinnamon Roll or Cherry Pie. Upon the guests requests, we can make Meet/Vegetarian/Vegan and lactose-free and gluten free.
The desire for cooking and baking comes straight from my heart, i have been always passoinate and caring for a healthy and delicious food, i made my very first meal when i was 10 years old and since then i have cooked for my family and friends. As a family we have established a pizza place restaurant and i also have practiced my cooking skills in a Greek resturant . The inspiration for cooking class comes also from the "Sieniretkeily Luonnossa" expereince guests who have incoureged me for a cooking class and loved my foods. Each year mostly at autum i have collected a lot of wild mushrooms and berries, most of the mushrooms and berries are frozen and dried for latter use. The dough made for Finnish pies and pizzas might contain mushrooms powder which makes the dough more healthy and delicious.

I am living in the greenest area of Helsinki Viikki/Latokartano, Viikki is known for the univercity of biological science, farmlands and agriculture. Latokartano is about half an hour distance from the city center by bus and 15 minutes drive by car through Lahdenväylä and kehä I.
