We will check in on the Winter Squash soup, and then start braising the short ribs and our . With a second splash of wine, we will also start mixing the cacao into the batter for our Chocolate Souffle. After 45 minutes to an hour in the Kitchen, we will move into the dining room, where our 3 course meal will be served. As your personal Sommeliere for the evening, I will share all the stories about the small family vineyard, the wine pairings and tricks and tips about how to select wines for your meals.
