Guests arrive at my home, with my wife as the hostess. They dine at a round table which seats up to 4 guests. They are then served a series of snacks and amuse bouche, followed by a 5 course menu including 2 appetizers, 2 mains, and 1 dessert. They are then offered tea/coffee with or after their final course (dessert).
I'm a Michelin star trained Chef who has traveled in over 20 countries and worked in 8 of them including Japan, India, England, and Thailand. I've worked in Tokyo for 1 and 2 Michelin star restaurants and I've also trained in Worlds50Best restaurants in Bangkok and London. My intimate pop-up is an amalgamation from all my experiences; it offers a 5 course tasting menu inspired by the ancient cuisine of the Levant and Eastern Mediterranean.
The location is within our apartment, where the dining experience takes place, guests are given an experience they would find in any Michelin star restaurant, theirs a uniqueness to it that's difficult to find elsewhere.
