Hello! I am Cyrine and I am from Paris and deeply in love with the art of oenology which also lead to discovering my passion for gastronomy. I have has formal education too in the field of luxury, wine and spirits industry. Cooking brings me a sense of joy which cannot be explained in words. It for me is a way to bring people together and show a side of culture they might have never seen of. Food is a gateway to better understanding any culture and I love to cook for people to make them happy because they share a fun time with friends, family. I pride myself in cooking a variety of different dishes, including English and foreign dishes (French cuisine / haute cuisine / modern fusion cuisine / international cuisine).
The course takes place in my house located in the magnificent city of Paris and I will provide apron and utensils necessary for the cooking class.
