Guests will get a cohesive sampling of yogic practices that will create the ultimate well rounded yoga experience. We will all meet at a studio in downtown Ogden and start the session with introductions. We then, will begin a 90 minute yoga session inclusive of pranayama (breathing techniques), vinyasa (invigorating breath and movement), yin/restorative (deep stretching and relaxation), and nidra (guided meditation) yoga practices. The session will end with guests having the opportunity to get an insider's scoop on what Ogden has to offer travelers while socializing over some yummy eats and drinks.
I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. It is a main pillar in my overall wellness and I enjoy sharing my knowledge, passion, and experience of the practice with others. I am a 200 hr registered yoga teacher and I wish to offer a Cozy Winter Yoga Session that entails a full yoga experience to help traveling winter tourists wind down from their busy itineraries in the comfort of one of Ogden's beautiful yoga studios.
