We will learn how to make homemade pasta and tiramisù easily and successfully. I will share with you all the secrets to handle perfectly flour and water! Together we will cook vegetarian Ravioli and Tagliatelle, with 2 different sauces. We will use ingredients from our farm. To pair it, you will also taste our organic local wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar! At the end of the experience, each participant will receive instructions in English to prepare the pasta at home, easily and successfully.
Ciao, I am Valentino, owner of an organic farm called Luna d'Agerola. In addition to having a passion for cultivating the land, I also love cooking. I learnt how to make fresh pasta with my mother and grandmother - they taught me all the secrets of working with flour and water that I want to share now with you.
