What a better way to start a Sunday Funday than a relaxing and restorative one hour yin yoga class by the Atlantic Ocean! Yin yoga is great for all levels (including beginners and kids) because it’s a passive, slower-paced style of modern yoga. After yoga, don’t miss the Mermaids and Mimosas 3 course brunch! Brunch takes place inside the B Ocean Hotel at the Wreck Bar from 11am-3pm. Mermaids swim periodically from 12pm-1:30pm. PRICE of the brunch is $39 per adult and $45.00 if you would like bottomless mimosas. Pricing for children 6-12 years old is $18. If Sunday brunch doesn’t work for you, try the one hour yin yoga class available at 4:30 pm on Saturdays! Class finishes just in time to get seats for the 7 pm MeduSirena Mermaid Swim Show. Admission to the show is free with a minimum spend of $30 per person in food or beverages during the show. The Wreck Bar provides a full bar and menu. If Saturday and Sundays don’t work for you, send me a message and let’s see if we can coordinate another day and time that works!
I’m a certified yoga instructor and one of the Aquaticat performers in the fabulous MeduSirena Swim Show at the iconic Wreck Bar. I’ve lived in Fort Lauderdale for 5 years and enjoy meeting new people whether tourists or locals! I would love to share my passion for yoga, underwater performing, and Fort Lauderdale with you!
Yoga mats are included in the price of the class.
The yoga class takes place on the private beach of the B Ocean Hotel. After the yoga class, the Mermaids and Mimosas brunch (on Sundays) and the world-famous MeduSirena Swim Show (on Saturdays) are just inside the B Ocean Hotel at The Wreck Bar. The Wreck Bar is a retro themed time capsule that’s been around since 1956 and featured in films such as “Analyze This” and “Where the Boys Are.”
The price includes only the yoga class. The brunch is 3 course menu with bottomless mimosas for $45 + tax for adults and $18 + tax for children 12 and under.
