The main content of the experience is to enjoy the exercises and learn how to connect through breathing exercises. Flexibility, balance, core strength, coordination, stress relief and attention to the body are some of the key elements we will use for breathing and mindfulness. We will meditate together, relax and enjoy good yoga practice.
I am a yoga teacher certified by the International Yoga Federation. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and I am very interested in yoga and fitness. I am passionate about music, and my yoga classes are also very meaningful and interesting. You don't need a partner, you will meet like-minded people who like yoga and want to improve their health. These courses combine high-energy routines with slow-tuning routines.
My yoga class is held in a yoga studio at Watersnip 23 Bodegraven, which is mainly for 90 minutes of aerobics, where we warm up together, then relax and stretch. The focus is on improving health and recreation. It doesn't require a lot of yoga because we only have to do some simple actions
