Guests will join me on a visit to my favorite local suppliers where we will shop for fresh, locally sourced ingredients . From there we will head to our private villa where guests will enjoy seasonal local wines and beers alongside appetizers as you get acquainted , as I conduct a after-hours private cooking workshop. We will use our beautiful ingredients to prepare a 3 course chef inspired dinner. After all the delicious food and warm conversation you'll end your evening with a goodie bag of treats and recipes you can make at home.
Food and fine dinning has always been my passion, I live by the quote “Love of beauty is taste, creation of beauty is art.” Currently I am the Sous Chef of a scratch kitchen in Buckhead as well as the Chef of my personal business. Originally from south Florida , I spent my early culinary years studying at Miami Culinary Institute and working under Miami’s top chefs at Tom Colicchio’s restaurant, the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, and Essensia. Two years ago I moved to Atlanta, where I worked at the famous Tiny Lou's for a year under their Chef to learn French pastry. I am also ServSafe Food handler’s certified. I aim to take my guests on a culinary journey from the moment they walk in to that first bite. I specialize in Caribbean, French, Soul food & European cuisines.
We will first meet at a local farmer’s market ( Chef’s choice). From there we we will travel to a private villa to cook our dinner.
