Join me for an individual body and mind treatment! It is also possible to book it with a friend (see private group, maximum 2/write me for 3, each person more means 20 minutes treatment more). I'll welcome you in my house in a unique space of Amsterdams' nature, just a 15 minutes metroride from Waterlooplein (center). You will be amazed by the nature so close to the center. We'll start with a cup of herbal tea to warm up the heart & body. We will briefly introduce ourselves and I’ll ask some questions about you in order to have some preliminary information which will help me during the treatment. The first part consists of some meditation, breath inhalation, body exercises or stillness, the second part is the massage. Massages are done on the skin but it is also possible with clothes on. I use essential oils to elevate your experience. We will end the session with a cup of tea and a healthy snack. The treatment and environment will leave you feeling lighter and relaxed, ready to discover A'dam again!
Hi, my name is Martine, a certified body therapist based in Amsterdam. I have over 4 years of experience. My path in body therapy started at a time when I faced a lot of challenges and I knew I had to change my life! For fifteen years I was a journalist and a communication advisor for big organisations. Nowadays I just write what I really want: children books. Next to my writing I have my own practice in body therapy and help people reducing stress and feeling more relaxed (individual and class training). I am also a superhost on Airbnb. I love to make people feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have been travelling a lot and want now to welcome people in my place to experience a slow down treatment, so often needed when you are on the move.

This is a unique experience, away of busy central Amsterdam. I can pick you up by bike at metro Ganzenhoef. You will experience a Dutch way of transporting (on a back of a bike). I live next to a small river, parc and forest. Enough opportunities for a stroll before or after the session. When sunny weather we can do the meditation in the garden, where you can soak up the views of the river & experience the amazing nature and many birds.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a concern, goal, or intention.
You can choose for a therapeutic massage with clothes on or I can do it directly on the skin. You are welcome to bring a friend, partner, familymember! If you don't see a date/time that works for you, feel free to reach out.
