Our class will focus on the Five Elements of practice - *Movement * Breathing *Sound work *Meditation *Yogic wisdom Here’s what we will do in class - Body movements + breath movements + mantra chanting I will demonstrate different Hatha Yoga asanas (poses) for you and guide you how to do the poses. We will go through each and every pose step by step, and I will also explain you the benefits of the pose. The asanas we do will include standing poses, forward bending poses (arm balances), seated poses, poses laying on the abdomen and poses laying on the back. Then, we will do some meditation and pranayama. I will guide you through a breath work session by demonstrating how to regulate breathing for meditation and pranayama. Then we will engage in mantra chanting. I will recite the mantra and the guests will repeat the mantra after me. I will guide them on correct enunciation of the mantras
My name is Manoj Kumar, and I have been practising yoga for over 20 years. I founded Purnam Yogashala, a yoga school based in Agonda which is well-known for its drop-in class classes and 200-hours, 300-hours and 500-hours yoga teacher training. Purnam Yogashala is registered with Yoga Alliance. I have also travelled abroad and taught yoga classes and conducted workshops, retreats and teacher trainings. I have a post-graduate degree in Yogic Sciences from Sanksrit University, Uttarakhand. I also have a post-graduate diploma in Human Consciousness and Yogic Sciences from Gurukul Kangri Vishvavidyalaya, Haridwar and a teacher training certificate from Vyasa Yogapeeth. My classes are a fine synthesis of Hatha Yoga, mantra chanting, dynamic breathing techniques, Prana Kriya, Kundalini Yoga.

the Experience requires the guest to be present in the wellness studio which is situated near Agonda beach. All the activities will take place in the studio.
