This is a fun and delicious way to learn from a professional Chef the techniques and processes involved in preparing one of the most emblematic dishes of Spanish cuisine, the Seafood Paella, all accompanied by a good batch of local wine, sangria and great talk. You're going to be invited to our house, a unique place with an incredible atmosphere and a great starting point for an immersion in the flavours of Spanish cuisine. This is a hands on experience and everyone will be invited to participate. Some will chop and dice the vegetables while others will help with the mussels and prepare the Sangria. During cooking, we will all take turns, making sure that each one of us have a chance to build up new skills and have a lot of fun.
Hi. I'm a chef cook since 2001. My culinary expertise are Mediterranean Food. I've been working around many places and learning a lot with different chefs. I'm originally from Brazil, a place with its own special mix of cultures. Having lived in USA for the past 18 years and exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines has provided me a wide range of experiences which influence and inform my food on a daily basis, enabling me to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Passionate about cooking and sharing my knowledge.
I will hold the cooking class at my home in a spacious kitchen where my guests can easily place themselves around the table and take an active part in cooking all our dishes. In my kitchen, equipped with all the cooking necessities, my guests will feel comfortable watching and participating in the whole cooking process.
