We will do evil eye beads from air dry clay as gifts for your loved ones, as well as prepare their gift boxes and bags. We will start with an introduction of 10 minutes about the history of evil eye in turkish and world culture. Then I will lead you to do your evil eye beads from air dry clay, to varnish them and finally prepare their gift boxes and bags. They will get dry in 24 hours.
I’m the cofounder of The Atölye at Tomtom. It is a collective atelier where 4 artists / designers work on sculptures from metal and clay, painting and jewellery. Working with clay has been my passion for over 20 years now. I got a certificate from Boğaziçi University back in 1999. Since then I have attended ceramics and sculpture courses in Turkey and abroad. I attended various exhibitions. Now I’d like to provide you the opportunity to experience the joy of creating a 3D piece with clay. You can check my instagram account @lidyayazmaciyan for my sculptures and other workshops.
