The host Ayame wearing Kimono is waiting for you with her smile. 1.Greeting & Wearing Sushi chef uniform(It lift you up!).(10 mins) 2.Short Introduction related to Sushi.(5 mins) 3.Sushi Making - total seven kinds of sushi(50 min) - Nigiri sushi (e.g.Tuna, Salmon, WAGYU beef) - Gunkan maki (e.g.Sea urchin,Salmon roe) - Hand roll (e.g.Tuna salad) - Hoso roll (e.g.Cucumbers with sesame) 4.Photo shooting (1 min) 5.Sushi Eating with homemade miso soup and 1 side dish.(45 mins) you can order Japanese beer, Japanese sake or tea with extra charge. 6.FAQ & Greeting (few minutes) You can learn how to make four kinds of Sushi shapes even Japanese doesn’t know. I am the Owner-Chef of a canteen in Shibuya. I had learnt various kinds of cooking and food history about Western and Japanese and then, started cooking class at home since 2015. Sometimes organized food events in public. Finally, I have started to own my little canteen in Shibuya where my guests spend warm and comfortable time with my dishes. Ayame’s canteen is the building in Shibuya which is far from 10 minutes by walk from Shibuya station. When you go up to the second floor by elevator, there is a wooden door in front of you. Please slide the door to the left to open it. The door is Japanese old style. There are three Tatami rooms. There are dining tables and chairs so you don’t need to sit on the floor directly.The workshop will be held in Japanese style room making you relaxed.
