You'll be welcomed with a spiced hot cup of tea. The menu of the day would be shared along with conversations to get to know. We would then start to cook and learn how every dish is made. End the session with having the same meal which we cooked together. We use fresh and sustainable ingredients.
I am Sanober, sustainability enthusiast. Worked in various corners of the world and finally now settled in Toronto. I have a heart for cooking and hosting dinners. I believe food can get people together from various walks of life. Enjoying a hearty meal and getting acquainted with people and their cultures, is my perfect idea to get connected in new cities. I am quite famous among friends and family for my cooking skills. They would come home from far away places, just to eat my food. I cook Indian food, vegetarian, vegan and non-vegetarian. My speciality is Biryani. Long-grained rice (like basmati) flavoured with exotic spices, such as saffron, is layered with lamb, chicken, or vegetables, and a thick gravy. The dish is then covered, its lid secured with dough, and then the biryani is cooked over a low flame.
Welcome to my home, we will be cooking in my cozy kitchen. My small kitchen is well equipped to enjoy the experience together.
Request to mention which type of meal one would like to cook: Vegan Vegetarian or Non- Vegetarian.
