It's tired! - Take a tour of Chef Marty's organic vegetable garden, pick fresh herbs to take back to the kitchen. -Toast the bread for the "bruschetta;" chop and season the tomatoes; and set that aside to be assembled just before you sit down to dinner. It needs to rest too:-) -Roll out and cut the pasta dough to make "pappardelle," Tuscan style pasta ribbons. -Make the pasta sauce while cooking the pasta. -Put it all together and enjoy the three-course dinner!
