You’ll be greeted with focaccia,wine and appetizers as you get acquainted with me,before I conduct a rare, after-hours, private orecchiette workshop with Nunzia. In this workshop she will teach you all the secrets to prepare the best orecchiette dish.
I am Ross , after 9 years abroad in England and Germany I decided to come back to Italy to eat and to share my knowledge and Italian culture whit people from all over the world that they come to visit the beautiful city of Bari. I speak german, english, German and Italian.
We will meet in piazza ferrarese, we will visit San Nicola and we will cross the old town until the castle, after the castle we will get to Nunzia and we will start the workshop and end it whit a big appetizer, tasting focaccia, orecchiette, cheese, taralli and other typical food from Bari drinking wine.
