I was born in Tennessee and lived all over the southern states. So I've always had a passion for good barbecue. There's nothing more fulfilling than the preparation and patience it takes to smoke meat. I mean it takes restraint to not pick while its cooking. The choices are endless and all delicious. The pulled pork to beef brisket and all the comforting sides. I've been cooking all my life on big ships to personal chef.
